We all have our favorite places.  How these places achieve their status is a mystery--beauty, positive experiences, new friendships, cultural awakenings, good food--but they surely do.

For Merle and I, southern France-- the Provence region-- has become such a spot.  We've spent time there for two summers and loved it.  You will too!
